Affinity Express Receives ISO Certifications for Creative Production Units

Accreditation Ensures Highest Level of Quality Management at the Company’s Pune and Manila Offices

CHICAGO IL -- Affinity Express, the leading provider of white-label creative and marketing services for companies that serve small and medium businesses (SMBs), has received the ISO 9001:2015 and 27001:2013 certifications for its Global Advertisement Services Private Limited (GASPL) and Affinity Express India Pvt. Ltd. (AEIPL) units located in Pune, India and Manila, Philippines. The company’s AffinityX and Idea Customs Solutions units are both included within the certification, making Affinity Express one of the few services companies supporting publishing, printing and advertising sectors to have received these certifications.

ISO standards are used by companies operating in a variety of sectors, including health and safety, food, climate change, water, and services. ISO 9001 is a standard that sets the requirements for quality management systems, helping businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve client satisfaction. Affinity Express had previously earned a certificate in ISO 9001:2008 and was proactive in updating its quality management system to align with this latest iteration of the ISO standard.

Meanwhile, the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS) within the context of the organization. The certification means that Affinity Express’s production systems, data centers and infrastructure adhere to strict security guidelines, which is crucial for Affinity Express and its clients, especially when passing information to the international facilities for creative production.
